Admissions

 St. Joseph's is the Parish school for Our Lady's Church in St, John's Wood and is primarily for Catholic children who live in the Parish. However, because the school
itself is located on the edge of the Parish, the Governors will authorise some places to Catholic children who live near to the school but out of the Parish.

The following forms  are all downloadable , right click, save and print. Notes:  Highlighted forms must be completed and hand/in person
to the school office, together with the original documents of your child's Birth and Baptismal Certificates, and proof of residence,
i.e. your council tax bill. Documents will be copied on site and returned to you
